i hope i can help you out here! you need to click on the area you want to post in suck as health, diet, ect...then to the right hand side of the page there should be a button that says new topic.....it is located above the new post and is a light gray color......if you still can not find it you can let me know and i will advise the admin about this ok......good luck!
